General Description:

This role supports the day-to-day supply chain or logistics activities of our customers, including end-to-end coordination and operations such as sea/air/land transport, intermodal activities, customs formalities, and documentation.

The role involves coordinating with customers, contractors, truckers, and transporters to execute these activities. Ensuring customs compliance and verifying delivery documents when required are also key responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily customer operations and requirements
• Supervise depot workers to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound cargo handling
• Participate in operational tasks and perform work as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
• Act as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Maintain constant communication with depot workers and address irregularities
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the warehouse
• Adhere to safe warehouse practices and security protocols
