Responsibilities

• Embark on a 1-year traineeship to master the fundamentals of vessel operations and resource planning, from supervising quay side activities to coordinating and managing container yard activities using the Terminal Operations System.
• Develop leadership and communication skills by managing and motivating a team of equipment specialists to ensure plans are well-executed and meet critical service levels in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to safe and efficient operations as part of a 24/7 terminal environment.
