Assistant Operations and Controller

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the scheduling and deployment of crane operators and drivers to ensure optimal resource allocation;
• Oversee the timely and accurate submission of required operational documentation by crane operators and drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Work closely with the Service & Maintenance team to schedule and monitor equipment maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency;
• Handle procurement and liaise with suppliers for the sub-hire of equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability;
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers regarding booking requests, ensuring smooth scheduling and service delivery;
• Manage the booking hotline, addressing inquiries and processing requests efficiently;
• Perform other admin duties which include issuance of Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order, compilation of data for monthly reporting;
• Undertake any other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Able to handle work pressure;
• Highly motivated and self-driven;
• Good and dynamic team player.
