To provide day-to-day administrative and co-ordination support to the Department
Responsible for preparation of license agreements in SAP.
Follow up with vendors for payment, documentations, and processing of security deposit refunds for casual leasing space.
Responsible for processing of service reports, invoices received, raise Procurement Requests using SAP system, following through requests to ensure approval are obtained etc
General office administration, including reception, telephone service, filing and clerical supports including banking in cheques.
Handle Manager’s requests and other ad-hoc assignments
Job requirements
Minimally a Diploma or GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Meticulous individual who is highly organised and has good time management skill
SAP system knowledge and prior experience in the retail environment are plus points
