Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Continuous Process Improvements, CAPAs, and Change initiatives

• Improve employee capabilities through training and coaching

• Support GMP documentation review and regulatory inspections

• Manage medium to large projects for stable and compliant production

• Drive technical improvements, automation, and digital transformation

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process enhancements

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering

• 5+ years of GMP manufacturing experience in Healthcare/Pharma/Biotech

• Strong project leadership and continuous improvement experience

• Knowledge of SAP and MES systems preferred

• Ability to solve complex technical challenges and lead cross-functional teams
