Job summary

A hospitality management company in Singapore seeks an Operations Assistant to supervise daily hotel operations. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and communication between management and staff, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and be willing to work in multiple locations and during weekends or public holidays.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work in islandwide locations and multiple locations daily.
  • Willingness to work overtime including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist operation manager to supervise daily operations and activities.
  • Liaise with operation manager on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
  • Communicate with HR Department for manpower planning and conduct interviews if needed.
  • Assist Operation manager to develop and improve KPIs.
  • Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by directors.
