A leading company in the security industry is seeking a managerial role to oversee daily operations, compliance, and business development. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in security operations, strong leadership abilities, and relevant certifications. This position requires managing personnel, ensuring service quality, and developing client relationships, making it essential for maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in overseeing daily operations, administration, and business development of the company.
2. Manage and coordinate all security operations, ensuring manpower deployment, compliance, and service delivery meet regulatory and contractual standards.
3. Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, internal policies, and quality frameworks to uphold operational excellence.
4. Supervise, train, and deploy security personnel in accordance with PLRD regulations and site-specific requirements.
5. Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and performance reviews to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
6. Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, feedback collection, and service improvement initiatives.
7. Oversee operational reporting, incident management, and the readiness of all security-related equipment.
8. Lead manpower development efforts including WSQ training, PWM compliance, and continuous skill enhancement.
9. Support the preparation of tender bids and security proposals, particularly Outcome-Based Contracts (OBCs).
10. Stay informed on emerging security technologies, support ESG and safety compliance, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
11. Report to the Board monthly on the month performance and growth strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in the security industry, preferably in an operations leadership capacity.
Diploma in Security Management or equivalent; PLRD certification required.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s security regulations, PWM, and WSQ course pathways.
Experience in managing Outcome-Based Contracts, large-scale manpower deployment, and integrated security systems.
Fire Safety Manager (FSM), CERT responder, or Security Consultancy certifications will be an advantage.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in reporting, audit compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong multitasking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
