An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to lead maintenance teams in the F&B, industrial, and commercial sectors. This role involves coordinating maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and providing preventive maintenance for critical systems. Responsibilities:
· Lead facility maintenance teams and services in F&B / industrial / commercial / hotel premises sectors.
· Assist director in expanding the business operation and the resources management of the facility management department.
· Ensure maintenance are carried out in accordance with schedule and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure servicing are carried out in accordance to standards or SOP.
· Provide preventive maintenance or condition base maintenance and improvement for the following system (Clean Room System / Process Exhaust and Vacuum / Compresses Air ).
· Be the point of contact and provide prompt support and maintain system functionality.
· Lead or guide technicians to execute maintenance requirement, ensuring safety, quality and on time delivery.
· Identify opportunities and ensure services are rendered to specification.
· Coordinate with internal or external partners to execute the projects in compliance.
· Provide monthly maintenance forecast for assigned projects.
