Responsibilities:Reception duties
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience.
- Handle all payment transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions.
Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact, providing friendly service and concierge support, including local tips and directions.
- Address and resolve guest enquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis or private hire vehicles, airport transfers, and shuttle services.

Requirements- At least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
