Responsibilities

  • Support the IS Officer in organizing and delivering IT services across the company.
  • Lead the helpdesk team in desktop deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Maintain and update the company's IT asset records and software installation inventory.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining IS Section QEMS documentation.
  • Identify and evaluate IT solutions to improve user request processes.
  • Participate in continual improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policies.

Education

  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Support the IS Officer in organising and delivering IT services across the company.
  • Lead the helpdesk team in desktop deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Maintain and update the company’s IT asset records and software installation inventory.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining IS Section QEMS documentation.
  • Identify and evaluate IT solutions to improve user request processes and the IS inventory system, ensuring timely ticket closure.
  • Participate in continual improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental policies, including waste reduction and pollution prevention.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Manager.
