Job description

Overview: -

  • Jurong East (Occasional Site Visits as Required)
  • Monthly Base Salary: $2500 - $3500 depending on relevant experience
  • 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Prepare and submit monthly aging reports for follow-up actions and management review.
  • Actively follow up with customers on long-outstanding payments through email and phone communication.
  • Provide invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), and supporting documents upon customer request.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Draft and issue Letters of Demand (LOD) for overdue accounts when required.

You will need: -

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience in administration
