Job description

Our Client:

Our client is an established Japanese firm, specialising in lifts, elevators and escalators. They are currently looking for an Assistant Officer (Business Administration, Supply Chain) to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedule based on your assigned country

  • Plan, monitor and work closely with members of Sales and Engineering Departments to secure project specification and approved engineering drawings submission with clients

  • Co-ordinate, monitor and follow-up with related department on project delivery parts delivery and slay shortage

  • Provide inputs to Design schedule and participate in Design department meetings

  • Plan and monitor parts delivery or local inventory store-outs

  • Participate in the compliance to ISO 9001-2015 Quality Standards and ISO 14000 Environmental Management Standards

  • Any job required by the Job Supervisor in the course of work

The Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management

  • Strong understanding in current IT trends

  • Good business acumen and understanding about the concept of logistic or manufacturing with min. 1-2 years of experience

  • Meticulous and detailed oriented

  • Prior experience in SAP HANA, ORACLE ERP, data visualisation tool in MS Power BI, Tableau

  • Prior experience in building systems' project management is an advantage
