Job description

  • Position: Assistant Office Manager/Admin Manager
  • Location: Tuas (will relocate to CBD)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Transport allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Compact Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set-up new office: facility management, furniture, registration
  • Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace
  • Coordinate/Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks
  • Assist in accounting related duties - daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
