A healthcare organization in Singapore seeks an experienced nursing leader to manage nursing services, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, valid SNB registration, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a primary care setting. This role emphasizes preventive healthcare and effective team management.
What you'll be doing
Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead and manage the delivery of nursing services, including phlebotomy, vitals taking, body composition analysis, and other diagnostic procedures
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of nursing care, from appointment readiness to post-care follow-up
Supervise nursing team performance and patient interactions to ensure discretion, compassion, and clinical excellence
Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided to ensure it meets the highest standards
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff
Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practice and staff development
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
Maintain nursing standards in accordance with MOH and internal policies
Implement systems to monitor care quality, manage incidents, and ensure SOP adherence
Support audits, documentation, and training to keep the clinic aligned with regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree/Master's in Nursing, with valid SNB registration
Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine are highly desirable
Active BCLS certification or willing to renew
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a primary care setting
Experience in leading teams, handling situations with professionalism and empathy
Ability to analyze rapid ground changing situations efficiently and quickly, especially in a medical emergency
Strong communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills and a patient-first mindset
Strong organizational, results driven and multitasking abilities
Experience working with health technologies and digital health monitoring tools (e.g. wearables) will be a bonus
