Perform delivery, installation, service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment & other related works.
Job Responsibilities
Perform various types of commercial kitchen equipment installations, commissioning, modification, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and provide other technical support, including on-site training, ensuring that equipment is safe, reliable, and efficient.
Possess good knowledge of various types of commercial kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
Provide training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and follow manuals on operation and installation to successfully complete tasks.
Ability to quickly understand and carry out both written and oral instructions on technical advice effectively.
Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act.
Ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
Submission of daily work reports.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record to operate a commercial vehicle.
5 years or more of relevant experience in the same/similar industry (Commercial Kitchen Equipment).
Good physical condition.
Willingness to work overtime on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm.
