Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven marketing professional to join our Singapore Marketing team as Assistant Marketing Manager (Influencer & Partnerships).

In this role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with local influencers across all key social platforms.

Success in this role starts with a sharp understanding of thereal metrics behind each KOL — follower quality, engagement rates, and content performance — and building a structured, data-driven influencer recruitment and partnership program.

You’ll own the full funnel: Outreach > Negotiation > Contracting > Onboarding > Posting > Performance Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with existing KOL partners and ensuring a consistent inflow of new partners.
  • Maintain and uphold stringent selection criteria for any new KOL partners.
  • Establish a strong network of KOL partners whilst maintaining excellent relationships with each partner.
  • Responsible for ideation/creation of KOL/influencer campaigns for both new and existing partners.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of KOL content across various social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Ensure optimisation of KOL content to drive impact across all channels.
  • Provide data driven analytical insights into KOL partner performance numbers.
  • Assist in identifying and building strategic partnerships with premium and like-minded brands.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of brand partnership projects, from ideation to campaign launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-brand events, co-branded content, and retail/online collaborations.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital marketing (experience in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of local Singaporean KOL/influencer profiles who possess strong organic outreach capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiar with social media tools / platforms usage (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Creative thinker with an eye for premium content and storytelling.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Data-driven, with a good understanding of performance metrics and ROI analysis.
