• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, product launches, and budget oversight
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Track weekly lead generation performance and drive showroom visits and test ride participation
• Create and execute innovative digital campaigns targeting potential customers
• Implement CRM initiatives to strengthen the Ducati community and enhance customer loyalty
• Manage aftersales marketing efforts to boost service retention
• Oversee sales and retail operations for Ducati apparel
• Handle public relations and media engagement
• Ensure the retail space aligns with the brand’s corporate identity and visual standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
