Job description

Duration: 11 months
Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) for digital platforms
  • Maintain and update website content including campaign launches, testimonials, and case studies
  • Create compelling success stories by interviewing stakeholders and crafting narratives that showcase impact

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and run organic and paid campaigns (social media, search, video, etc.) to build top-of-mind awareness
  • Support the promotion of key marketing initiatives through Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) channels
  • Collaborate with publishers on advertorials to highlight success stories and attract target audiences

Performance Reporting & Optimisation

  • Compile weekly campaign reports using key metrics and analytics tools
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify improvement opportunities

Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement

  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and publishers to ensure cohesive communication strategies
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality production that meets branding standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or content creation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling
  • Proficient in managing websites, social media platforms, and digital content tools
  • Able to multitask, stay organised, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
