Job description

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract
Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Location: West, Singapore
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager where the primary purpose of this is to support student outreach, recruitment, and admissions efforts to attract high-quality applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the central marketing initiatives of the Graduate Studies Office to achieve recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with program managers to formulate, plan, and execute marketing and outreach campaigns aimed at attracting high-caliber applicants.
• Create visual content for social media, electronic direct mailers (EDMs), and other online and offline marketing channels.
• Work closely with various graduate programs to brainstorm and develop new ideas, layouts, and graphics that enhance promotional efforts.
• Support the Graduate Studies Office in achieving recruitment goals through handling enquiries, executing and participating in events, managing CRM systems, and completing other assigned tasks.
• Ensure efficient administration and processing of applications, from submission through to matriculation.
• Coordinate and engage with students in marketing, admissions, and recruitment-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support marketing, admissions, and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Visual Design or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or design-related roles.
• Strong familiarity with media channels, content marketing strategies, and social media marketing platforms.
• Proficient in visual content creation tools and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work after-office hours/weekend when required is highly advantageous!
