Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven B2B digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive app acquisition, re-engagement, and retention.

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of customer lifecycle marketing (CRM) initiatives, including reactivation and retention campaigns.

  • Plan and manage incentive-driven uplift campaigns to increase monthly ride completion and user LTV.

  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and implement targeted marketing automation to improve user engagement and trip completion.

  • Execute omnichannel brand activations, including offline pop-ups and experiential campaigns to drive downloads and awareness.

  • Utilize tools like AppsFlyer and Power BI for marketing attribution and reporting to inform and optimize campaign strategies.

  • Work with the CRM and data analytics teams to refine user segmentation strategies (e.g., dormant users, high-value users, new vs. returning).

  • Assist in developing automated lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, re-engagement, churn prevention).

  • Develop post-campaign analysis reports and performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness against KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI, retention rate, cost-per-lead).

  • Present insights and recommendations to the Marketing Lead and cross-functional stakeholders to inform future strategies.

  • Identify and negotiate commercial partnerships with major brands to scale user acquisition and uplift trip count through joint promotions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, tech) to align marketing with product and service developments.

  • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns to generate leads for ComfortDelGro’s taxi driver recruitment.

  • Monitor and refine lead generation funnels, achieving volume and quality growth in driver onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in app-based or mobility platforms

  • Proven track record of managing user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing campaigns

  • Strong proficiency in CleverTap or equivalent CRM/lifecycle tools.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and performance-focused

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
