Job description

The role of the Assistant Marketing Manager is to support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves a variety of tasks, including market research, campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract visitors, generate leads and nurture them to conversion.

  • Leverage internal & external resources to develop, manage and effectively track & account for campaign timelines & marketing campaigns from kick-off to execution.

  • Key programs include - Customer Engagement, Retention, Referrals and Conversions.

  • Report, review and optimize marketing campaigns to improve media page traffic and visitor conversion.

  • Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget utilization.

  • Partner with sales / BD teams to have joint accountability for conversion metrics, facilitate feedback on lead conversion and customer insights.

  • Listen, monitor, ensure social media queries are managed promptly and the platform remains active /relevant to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools

  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing A people person and team player
