CKS, a member of PhillipCapital Group, has been a prominent force in Singapore's real estate industry for over a century. Specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, and retail properties. As a member firm of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), CKS is the preferred partner for property valuation and consultancy needs, with strong relationships with major banks.

We are looking for someone who can drive brand visibility and support marketing initiatives, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support the sales teams in both real estate and mortgage broker services.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, targeting property valuation and both property buyers and mortgage clients.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
  • Design and execute campaigns to attract and nurture leads for property valuation and mortgage services
  • Oversee the development of engaging content to educate and attract potential clients.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates etc.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Plan and execute promotional events and seminars to engage with potential clients and partners.
  • Work closely with property valuers, business development team, mortgage advisors, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail, real estate, or financial services sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
