Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Strategy

  • Lead initiatives to drive follower growth and enhance brand engagement across social media channels.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the brand’s social media presence, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience insights.

  • Develop and oversee engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels.

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.

  • Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to ensure continuous innovation.

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports, optimizing content and strategy based on insights.

Public Relations & External Communications

  • Develop and execute strategies that elevate the brand’s presence in key markets.

  • Build and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure high-impact coverage.

  • Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and corporate communications.

  • Take full ownership of the brand’s Key Opinion Leader (KOL) program, driving its growth and strategic development to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Act as the primary liaison with strategic partners, landlords, and external stakeholders to explore branding and opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to design and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy tailored to local market, with opportunities for regional campaigns and strategic collaborations.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with malls to secure advertising placements, social media features, and event sponsorships.

  • Negotiate complimentary branding and advertising opportunities, including digital and physical ad spaces, directional signages, and visual merchandising units.

Branding & Content Development

  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all advertising and digital materials.

  • Oversee copywriting and storytelling in both English and Mandarin, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on brand campaigns, influencer marketing, and content creation.

Performance Analysis & Market Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in social media management, public relations, or marketing communications.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media and public relations strategies.

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience managing media relations, influencer collaborations, and partnership marketing.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and campaign optimization.

  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
