Job description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for our Paragon.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers’ and tourist traffic, and increase tenant sales
  • Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, and ensure effective communication and publicity of the initiatives
  • Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
  • Good grasp of digital/ social media marketing; identifying trends, insights, optimise spend and maintain good social media presence.
  • Liaise with tenants on promotions/events and provide marketing assistance.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Management of causal leasing spaces to ensure a healthy take up rate and achieve the yearly KPIs
  • Drive mall’s loyalty programme through effective loyalty marketing and rewards catalogue curation
  • Oversee and train customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operation
  • Track and manage marketing budget and achieve KPI targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications within a retail environment
  • Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
