HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Operation Manager to oversee manufacturing resources, planning and integration with engineering teams in a fast-paced automation environment.

You will optimize manpower, equipment, and materials, drive Lean initiatives, ensure safety and quality, and secure on-time delivery while coordinating with all departments to meet plant goals. You will mentor supervisors and uphold QEHSMS and BCM standards.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in engineering required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage resources to optimize manpower, equipment, material and space.
• Lead KPI improvements: on-time delivery, quality, throughput and cycle time.
• Plan and direct Manufacturing/Materials/Engineering resources toward goals.
• Oversee plant facilities planning and maintenance needs.
• Promote safety practices and safety awareness.
• Ensure production equipment are in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with documentation control policy.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and housekeeping practices.
• Lead department to meet productivity and operational goals with cross‑department collaboration.
• Uphold QEHSMS and BCM standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Manufacturing resources to maintain effective utilization of manpower, equipment, material and factory space.
• Lead and drive quality Key Performance Indicators: on-time-delivery, quality, improvement of throughput capacity and cycle time reduction.
• Plan, organize and direct the work of the Manufacturing/ Materials/ Engineering resources towards achievement of planned goals.
• Planning, implementing of the plant and facilities needs and facilities maintaining of the company.
• Promote good safety practices and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure production equipment are kept in good working condition.
• Ensure department is compliance to documentation control policy.
• To facilitate, provide guidance and commitment to the execution of key company initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Housekeeping Practices.
• To lead the department in meeting productivity and operational goals of the company through effective communications and good working relationship with all departments.
• To provide guidance and commitment and taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness to the execution of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (QEHSMS) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
