Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Support new product launches by helping with manufacturing processes, tool design, schedules, cost goals, sourcing, quality checks, testing, cost reduction, and supply chain setup.

• Lead technical efforts in building cables, harnesses, and electro-mechanical parts, including inspection, testing, and tool design.

• Use knowledge of electrical and electronic production and testing to improve processes.

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and ensure they are completed successfully and profitably.

• Gather data and create documents like work instructions, process steps, drawings, and specs for manufacturing.

• Help with hands-on assembly and guide technicians and operators as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or professional certification in related field

• At least 2-5 years related experience as Assistant Engineer

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills

• Think creatively to solve technical problems with practical engineering solutions

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines
