The Role

This position will be part of a team involved in structuring real estate financing for private funds in the logistics, student housing and data center asset classes in the US, UK and Europe markets. It also includes treasury activities that encompass the end-to-end process of deal origination, deal execution and debt portfolio maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in structuring debt financing for private funds and/ or corporate financing for the Group.
  • Assist in analyzing derivatives products such as interest and FX products to mitigate risks.
  • Work with various stakeholders to oversea transactional flows for mergers & acquisitions, investments and divestments.
  • Debt portfolio management to monitor loan covenants and run stress test scenarios on the portfolio.
  • Reporting on debt portfolio to internal senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvements and ad-hoc projects as and when required to.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised University.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experiences in corporate finance/treasury, private equity funds, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Well-versed in financial modeling and equity / debt capital markets with basic knowledge of accounting treatment.
  • Candidates with prior experiences in a real estate fund and/ or REIT environment within the treasury function will have an added advantage.
  • Other key attributes include strong analytical and communication skills, proactive in taking initiatives and a good team player.
