As anAssistant Manager (Transformation Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital initiatives and pilot projects, ensuring proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) are demonstrated effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project design, monitor progress, and measure outcomes related to service improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Manage project grants and funding administration, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.

  • Engage and coordinate with external partners such as government agencies, vendors, industry collaborators, and institutes of higher learning to drive project success.

  • Strengthen the organisation’s innovation network by sourcing and sharing insights on emerging technologies, funding opportunities, and relevant training programmes.

  • Facilitate the matching of internal needs with external solutions by acting as a key liaison and coordinator.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to adopt new ideas, technologies, and best practices.

  • Support efforts to showcase innovation initiatives and project achievements internally and externally.

  • Assist in the preparation of funding proposals and competition submissions.

  • Provide secretariat support for key innovation and technology meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferably 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or transformation work.

  • Experience in healthcare management, project management and stakeholder management preferred.
