As anAssistant Manager (Transformation Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital initiatives and pilot projects, ensuring proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) are demonstrated effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project design, monitor progress, and measure outcomes related to service improvement and operational efficiency.
Manage project grants and funding administration, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
Engage and coordinate with external partners such as government agencies, vendors, industry collaborators, and institutes of higher learning to drive project success.
Strengthen the organisation’s innovation network by sourcing and sharing insights on emerging technologies, funding opportunities, and relevant training programmes.
Facilitate the matching of internal needs with external solutions by acting as a key liaison and coordinator.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities to adopt new ideas, technologies, and best practices.
Support efforts to showcase innovation initiatives and project achievements internally and externally.
Assist in the preparation of funding proposals and competition submissions.
Provide secretariat support for key innovation and technology meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferably 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or transformation work.
Experience in healthcare management, project management and stakeholder management preferred.
