We are seeking a commercially driven and field‑credible Assistant Manager, Training to support the execution of our 2026 training roadmap across three strategic pillars: Competency Uplift, Production & Sales Execution, and Culture & Professional Standards.
This role is designed for someone who understands agency realities - production pressure, recruitment challenges, licensing progression, and leadership development - and can translate business priorities into structured, outcome‑driven training interventions.
This is not a classroom‑based administrative role. It requires strong agency and sales experience, credibility with Financial Consultants (FCs) and Leaders, and the ability to drive measurable performance outcomes.
Design and execute structured initiatives to improve CIS licensing rates and technical mastery
Conduct hands‑on mock practice sessions and confidence‑building workshops
Equip with basic analytics competency
Develop practical, sales‑focused modules that improve advisory conversations
Translate technical knowledge into real client application
Support initiatives that raise productivity benchmarks and professional standards
Reinforce long‑term business building mindset over short‑time activity
Elevate professionalism, credibility and advisory standards
Align training initiatives with organisational value and long‑term vision
Minimum 3-5 years in a financial advisory/insurance agency environment
Deep understanding of licensing frameworks and advisory technical content
Confident facilitator with FCs and Leaders
Strong commercial mindset - training must translate into performance
Highly organised with strong execution and follow‑through discipline
Former producer or agency leader who understands ground realities
Believes competency builds confidence and capacity builds income
Outcome‑focused, not activity‑focused
Energised by building people, systems and long‑term capability
Strong personal sales track records and/or agency leadership experience
