Review tender requirements and generate tender schedule and deliverables checklist
Organise kick-off meeting with the tender team and drive tender progress
Initiate and coordinate insurance review, due diligence check and compliance, risk assessment
Lead estimating team members to obtain quotations that are in compliance with tender scope of work and requirement, draft proposals, and compile deliverables. Obtain and finalize key subcontractors' quotations and lead the negotiation for contractual and commercial items
Prepare overall cost summary and price tabulation as per tender requirement and specification
Attend tender clarification meetings with customers, partners, and key subcontractors
Review contractual, commercial qualification, and tender deliverables with the team and finalize for submission
Prepare investment and board paper
Prepare project budget on the awarded contract
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, preferably EIT
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a contract management role, contract administration role, purchasing, or contracting
Highly detail-oriented to spot inconsistencies in contracts
Possess superior ability in negotiating terms and drafting contracts, strong negotiation and mediation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
Candidates with prior experience working in Offshore, Engineering, or Construction areas are highly valued
