Job Responsibilities:
- Detailed reviewing of tender and contract documents regarding commercial & technical, preparing both technical and commercial proposals for tender submission.
- Bill of Quantity preparation and prepare inquiry quotation document to OEM factory and subcontractor according to the project scope of work.
- Evaluate the proposal of vendors and subcontractors, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers for the price.
- Identify opportunities and risks during the tender process.
- Prepare tender documentation, including cost summary, cost analysis, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
- Submit completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines & requirements.
- To submit a detailed response to the inquiry documentation and provide answers/responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
- To develop, negotiate, and agree/confirm contract specifications with various suppliers, sub-contract.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Collect and analyze market information related to a similar field and product.Explore new opportunities and clients, if possible.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related fields
- Technical knowledge in power transmission & distribution equipment (such as GIS, power transformer, and shunt reactors)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking counterpart
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage several tasks concurrently
- Fast learner and good adaptability for the new requirement
- Having experience in project cost control is preferred
- Detailed oriented and able to work well in a team
