A leading company in Singapore seeks a proactive Assistant Manager in Talent Development & Engagement. This role involves designing and implementing effective talent development strategies and fostering a high-performance culture, while managing engagement initiatives for employee satisfaction and well-being.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Manager in Talent Development & Engagement to help design, implement, and drive talent development strategies and engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture, and strengthening organisational commitment.
DUTIES:
Talent Development
Design, implement and evaluate learning and development (L&D) programmes aligned with business needs and capability gaps
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to co-develop and facilitate training modules, as well as to conduct in-house training when required
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs, as well as develop learning roadmaps
Curate identified learning topics in different modality for targeted groups, such as face-to-face training, workshop and e-learning
Take charge of development and succession planning activities as and when assigned
Employee Engagement
Co-plan and lead engagement initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and wellbeing
Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive awareness and participation of engagement initiatives
Initiate recognition platforms and programmes to reinforce positive behaviours and achievements.
Administrative Support
Maintain training calendar, documentation, reporting, and dashboards for visibility
Support in onboarding and orientation programmes for smooth integration of new hires
Undertake any other projects and tasks assigned by upline superior
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
Certified in ACTA / ACLP is required; certified in DDDLP is a plus
Possess more than 3 years of relevant experience in talent development, employee engagement, L&D or a related role
Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work across levels and functions
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with digital learning platforms, employee engagement tools, or HR analytics is an advantage
