Assistant Manager (Surgical Services/ Queenstown/ 5 Days/ Up to $4,500)

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Manage service point operations assigned.
2. Responsible for daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative / operational matters and partnering Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to solve system and process problems.
3. Responsible for devising innovative services to continually improve service levels and improve patient care.
4. Responsible for achieving volume and financial targets for clinical targets assigned.
5. Manage services through annual financial budgeting and regular reviews with clinical heads, and development of new services.
6. Manage a group of non-nursing staff providing services in service points.
7. Responsible for two-way communication between staff and management and ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues and recommending solutions to problems.
8. Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare Industry.
• Knowledge in hospital software application will be advantageous.
