Job description
  1. Assist and support in managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances.
  2. Participate in planning weekly schedule planning and daily team floor plan.
  3. Train and provide ongoing communication to staff and deliver first-class service to customers.
  4. Propose staff changes in assigned areas, including hiring, promotion, demotion, and vacation leave.
  5. Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant.
  6. Handle customers' feedback promptly.
  7. Comply ad-hoc with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
  8. Maintain a high level of knowledge of wines, knowledge in pairing of wines to food, and be able to upsell to guests.
  9. Work independently and manage smooth operations, troubleshooting problem areas effectively.
