Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Sales
- Drive student enrollment for the EMBA through active lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach
- Manage the full admissions cycle
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through disciplined sales efforts and pipeline management.
2. Marketing, Events & Lead Generation
- Work collaboratively with the Digital nd Creative Teams to design and implement effective lead generation strategies and targeted campaigns.
- Plan and execute networking events, webinars, information sessions, and professional engagement activities
- Support and boost referral programs
- Represent SP Jain at education fairs, professional associations, and industry events
3. Partnership Development
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, professional organizations, and industry associations
- Explore collaborations with HR departments, training managers, and industry networks to develop sustainable sources of enrollment.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams- academic, admissions, accounts, and marketing
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and periodic performance reports to the Head of Student Recruitment.
