My client, one of Asia's top-ranked and accredited global business schools is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for Student Recruitment to join their ranks, playing a key role in shaping the next generation of undergraduate students.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic marketing, student engagement, and operational support to drive enrollment growth across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement & Prospect Conversion
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective undergraduate students, building meaningful relationships through calls (inbound and outbound), emails, and SMS.
- Actively convert leads into applications, supporting the Deputy Director – Student Recruitment UG (SEA & East Asia) in achieving enrollment targets.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of prospective students, leveraging knowledge of the Singaporean student recruitment landscape
Marketing, Events & Collateral Management
- Support the Head of Student Recruitment in planning, executing, and attending marketing campaigns and recruitment events that showcase our unique undergraduate programs.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Director and internal Creative and Digital teams to produce compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, and landing pages.
- Ensure that marketing initiatives align with brand messaging and drive measurable engagement with prospective students
Admissions & Administrative Support
- Assist in gathering and organizing application and enrollment documentation for the UG Singapore team.
- Prepare detailed recruitment reports, analyses, and other documents as required for internal planning and compliance with regulatory bodies such as TEQSA.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience in student recruitment, higher education marketing, admissions, or related fields.
- Familiarity with the Singapore student market and/or Southeast Asian education landscape is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital communication channels (emails, SMS, calls, and CRM tools) for student engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, digital, admissions)
