Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review strategic plans, proposals, and policies to enhance and future-proof the Silver Generation Division (SGD)'s capabilities to support our seniors in the community.
  • Engaging stakeholders and partners from Ministries, Agencies, Corporate, Social Service Agencies and Grassroots to explore opportunities for collaboration and co-develop initiatives to benefit our seniors.
  • Develop and oversee the division's annual work plans and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Plan for resources such as budget and manpower to support the capability building, projects and operations.
  • Perform data analytics on outreach data and generate insights to guide operational planning and development of new engagement strategies.
  • Prepare proposals/presentations and communicate to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of communication plans in alignment to the strategic directions.
  • Coordinate and monitor the operationalisation of workplan items, and reporting of SGD's KPIs and submissions from sub-units.
  • Drive innovative efforts and continuous improvements for the division.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of experience
  • Prior experience on ops-policy planning and data analysis is preferred
  • Good project management, planning, coordination and facilitation skills
  • Good in writing, presentations, data and numbers
  • Curious, agile and willing to push the boundaries
  • Able to work with ambiguity and multiple perspectives
  • Possess good critical thinking and decision making skills
