Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To support in order management, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, Incoterm and Payment Term accuracy, etc.
  • To process on-boarding of new supplier and management of suppliers for requisition of new materials requirements
  • Responsible for monitoring delivery schedules to ensure timely supply of product materials from suppliers/manufacturers to support product development and commercialization process.
  • Familiarise with the incoterm 2020 will be an added advantage.
  • To coordinate with Factory, Finance Dept and external provider as required to ensure end to end closure of PR/PO & GR/IR.
  • Publishing of key purchasing performance report required on procurement activities to include and not limited to Spent, Active PO Tracking and On-Time Delivery (OTD), etc
  • Coordinate the master project lists update between project owners and respective department stakeholders
  • Support team in PDI documentation process and coordinate meetings for review and discussion.
  • Manage laboratory test reports documentation and support BDM/Sales on product registration/regulation submission.
  • To develop excellent and effective collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and external providers and other agencies to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and incorporated.
  • Uphold and observe corporate governance and compliance to promote awareness and transparency.
  • To drive continuous improvement, best value and quality improvements within the team and departments in challenging existing practices and actively seek ways to achieve better outcomes, contributing to ensure key performance and financial targets are met and corrective action taken where necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by immediate reporting and must be hands-on.
