Job summary

Certis is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Ops Tech & PMP unit in Singapore. You will collaborate with sales, product and operations to translate customer needs into targeted demonstrations and end-to-end security solutions, including IoT and robotics.

You will engage with key stakeholders, design architecture, and lead workshops and POC activities to advance customer projects. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years’ relevant experience are required, with strong communication and

• Knowledge of security systems, IoT, robotics and related technologies.
• Experience in project management and solution delivery in security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct face-to-face client meetings to support from pre-sales to delivery.
• Responsible for overall architecture design and end-to-end solutioning.
• Communicate with key users and decision makers related to Smart City, IoT, Robotics and other technologies.
• Conduct workshop sessions with prospects and customers.
• Manage stakeholders for POC and projects.
• Understand customer businesses and develop creative solutions/services that address their needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver presentations, demonstrations, POC, and solutions for customer projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To collaborate with sales team, product and operation team to identify customer business needs, problems, objectives and business pains to plan and deliver targeted solution demonstrations
• An active stakeholder of the solution & development work including development proposals and standard operation procedure in line with Certis strategy and vision
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face client/customer meetings as necessary to support from pre-sales to completion of activities

• Communicate with key users and business decision makers and influencers related to Smart City, IoT, Robotics and Advanced Technologies
• Conduct the workshop session with prospects and customers

• Design, develop, and deliver presentation, demonstration, POC, and solutions for customer projects

Skills & Experience

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge and experience with security systems, IoT, robotics and other technologies
• Prior experience in project management and proven experience in solution delivery experience in Security solution
• Must be able to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously effectively
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity or with relevant experience in operation will be considered
• Possess a customer-centric mindset and enjoy fostering clientele relationship
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual with ability to function independently and excel in a dynamic environment
• Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous
• Creative, analytic and passionate persona
