Job Responsibilities:
- The FOM leads the Facilities Operation team, ensuring proper submission of maintenance works and service plans for all systems and equipment by specialists and contractors prior to user endorsement.
- He/she oversees maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assisting users with repairs, replacements, alterations, and additional works, including providing comprehensive cost estimations within stipulated time frames, is also part of the scope.
- The submission of all deliverables under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services, and CS is under his/her purview.
- He/she shall be responsible for vetting and approving monthly reports and submissions related to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works and Services (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, Facilities Management & Services, Professional Engineers, Specialist Services, and Consultancy Services (CS) before submission to the Authority.
Job Requirements:
- The Facilities Manager (FM) shall be the point of contact for all matters related to the respective properties under this contract.
- The FM shall have:
- A degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution and at least 5 years of relevant experience providing integrated facilities management services for a commercial office or multi-tenanted building with at least 100,000m2 of GFA;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in providing integrated facilities management services for similar properties, with a minimum of 1-year experience working with the Contractor.
