This position sits with the Office of Global Education and Mobility (OGEM), which is responsible for developing, managing and implementing short-term experiential academic programmes with credits. The successful candidate will be part of the GEM Discoverer unit that provides student support services and promote OGEM short-term overseas immersion programmes to NTU undergraduates. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in student support services, executing programme publicity and outreach activities and events, creating compelling copy in social media, programme reporting, and data analysis.
Degree in any discipline with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or programme management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content for different audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders. Confident in public speaking and student engagement settings as the successful candidate will be expected to conduct information sessions for students. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in content creation and design tools (e.g. Canva); experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics tools is an added advantage. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and possess the ability to analyse and improve operational processes. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
