Job Description
- Monitor daily bookings by route and origin.
- Provide accurate forecast.
- Provide periodic market feedback on ocean freight.
- Ensure assign BSA is achieved at 100% consistently.
- Manage contracts of regional and global customers, including NVO/BCO. Handle S/C amendments and filings.
- Communicate extensively with load ports, contract sign offices and all stakeholders via Teams, email and phone.
- Collaborate with HMM offices (including local sales team and HQ pricing team) and customers across regions.
- Participate in business trips as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in shipping / logistics or any other related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in shipping / logistics industry, handling regional trade.
- Proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
