Job description:

Role & Responsibilities

• As the project manager, you will develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans for GRC systems (e.g., ServiceNow IRM) implementation, and oversee the continuous maintenance of the solution's capabilities.
• Enable a holistic and central view of risk (e.g., operational risk, third-party risk, compliance risk) via GRC systems; integrate risk information (e.g., third-party risk, compliance risk).
• Develop the digital roadmap for risk management, ensuring its relevance.
• Engage different parties to understand operational business needs and assist in translating them into business requirements.
• Transform manual, siloed, and inefficient risk management processes by harmonizing processes, automating workflows, and enabling faster, more accurate reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
• Be hands-on in project and system integration management during GRC implementation.
• Manage project progress, contracts, scope, schedule, budget, and deliver expected value. Address issues proactively, identify and manage risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote effective communication. Manage stakeholders and collaborate with business units across Synapxe and Public Healthcare to achieve mutual objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise by staying updated on releases, features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Guide and support the project team, clarifying roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM majors.
• At least 8 years of project management experience in GRC or ServiceNow projects.
• Proven track record of GRC system implementation or related fields.
• Good knowledge of governance, risk management (IT and operational risks), and compliance frameworks such as ISO31000 and COSO ERM.
• Project management certifications e.g., PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist in risk and compliance and System Administrator are advantageous.
• Thought leadership, keen insights, and a forward-looking mindset.
• Passion for automation and streamlining processes to drive positive change.
• Resilient with a drive to achieve results within deadlines.
• Highly adaptable, with a big-picture perspective.
• Interest in continuous learning through certifications and courses.
