• Prepare and submit shop drawings and equipment schedules.
• Plan and monitor timely delivery of equipment.
• Participate in job-site meetings and coordination discussions.

Our client, a global leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking dynamic, goal-oriented professionals to expand their project engineering team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the project team, define project name and number, and organize all related documentation files.
• Coordinate with the main building contractor’s master schedule to ensure alignment of project timelines.
• Review and verify system designs and specifications to ensure optimal compliance and performance standards.
• Select and appoint subcontractors for various trades, clearly defining their scope of work and responsibilities.
• Oversee the setup and management of the designated site office and storage facilities.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, equipment delivery schedules, and material samples to the main contractor for approval by relevant consultants.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the timely delivery of equipment to the job site.
• Actively participate in job-site meetings, including technical discussions and coordination with nominated subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project handling is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Working Days/Hours : 5 days/week 8:30am-6pm
