Job summary

This role involves assisting with numerous HR initiatives including talent acquisition and management, payroll, and policies concerning the employee lifecycle. Main Tasks

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

HR Business Partner

  • Assist with the full spectrum of human resources initiatives (talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, manpower budgeting/planning) in accordance with the organization’s human resource strategy, in collaboration with Sub-Regional HRBP and Communities of Expertise (CoEs).
  • Partner with people managers in Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, and representative office locations in Southeast Asia as an HR advisor as needed.

HR Operations

  • Serve as the main contact for local HR operations, working in partnership with the HR Shared Services team.
  • Manage policies and processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, international assignments (inbound and outbound), payroll, etc.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll management with outsourced payroll vendors.
  • Collaborate with external mobility agents and tax consultants on expatriate management topics.
  • Work with the HR shared services team to ensure the accuracy of employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and local payroll systems.
  • Keep processes, procedures, and documents up to date and compliant with policies and employment regulations.
  • Support and participate in HSE programs and activities within the company as required.

HRIS, Reporting

  • Responsible for monthly KPI reporting following global HR guidelines.
  • Support global systems implementation and user acceptance testing (SAP SuccessFactors suite, e-File, etc.).

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HRBP or generalist experience in a global or regional matrix organization. Experience with payroll verification and expatriate management is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory requirements in Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple processes across different entities.
  • Strong numerical skills and good communication abilities.
  • Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing data confidentiality.
  • Proactive in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, problem solver, and team player.
