We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the accreditation and registration of healthcare professionals. This role involves both operational and policy-related responsibilities, offering exposure to regulatory processes, stakeholder engagement, and committee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review applications for specialist accreditation and registration

  • Liaise with applicants and employers on application matters

  • Provide secretariat support for meetings and professional committees

  • Assist in managing policies related to accreditation and registration

  • Handle enquiries and public mailbox correspondence

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior professionals and policy leads

  • Maintain and update professional website content

Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline

  • Advantageous to have experience in policy, regulatory, or administrative roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Critical thinker with good attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
    (5-day work week)
