A healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Operations and Administration Support professional to oversee regional operations, engage General Practitioners for enrolment, and organize training initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field and has at least 2 years of healthcare experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, making it suitable for a team player.
1. Support in Operations and Administration
Oversee the operations at assigned region
Engage existing and potential GPs for enrolment
Organise training/CME
Engage service providers for ancillary services and oversee the service agreement
Support primary care network for right-siting and sub-drug related matters
Organise quarterly meetings and be a secretariat for quarterly meetings
Oversee data collection
Oversee tagging of patients to primary care network programme and GPs
2. Healthier SG
Work with internal stakeholders to support Healthier SG developments and initiatives as required
3. Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree preferably in health and social related fields
Minimum 2 years in healthcare related experience
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Good presentation skills
Note: At times, you may be required to meet our partners on Saturdays and weekday evenings
