About Our Team

The Human Resource team is part of the People & Culture department at FKT. We aim to foster an environment of openness and growth, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will help strategize, administer, and implement HR policies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent.

What The New Job Entails
  1. Process full cycle payroll, claims, insurance, and benefits independently.
  2. Manage the HRIS system to maintain employee records, generate reports for monthly submissions, and troubleshoot system issues.
  3. Support appraisal exercises, performance moderation, compensation projects, and participate in salary reviews and bonus calculations.
  4. Review and update HR policies and workflows for effectiveness, alignment, and compliance.
  5. Develop scholarship and overseas attachment programs.
  6. Build relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), participate in career fairs, and manage internship programs.
  7. Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and mediate grievances.
  8. Administer off-boarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processes.
  9. Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., MOM, ICA, IRAS) on staff matters, pass applications, and handle government-related submissions.
  10. Participate in planning and executing ad-hoc activities organized by the P&C team (e.g., CSR, Lunch & Learn initiatives).
The ideal candidate should possess
  1. Diploma in any discipline with 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  2. Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills related to business needs.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  4. Customer-oriented, a team player, with strong work ethics and results-driven mindset.
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details.
  6. High level of confidentiality and social media proficiency.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
