Job description

Job Responsibilities

· Experience in executing work on large projects (Contract Amount more than SGD10 millions or have 100 to 200 workers working at the site during peak periods).

· Experience in compiling control methods (automatic control and manual) for heat source equipment (chiller, etc), air conditioning equipment and ventilation equipment.

· Experience in compiling the system coordination with BMS (Building Management System) supplier and BAS (Building Automation System) supplier regarding automatic control.

· Experience in making requests, meetings and coordination with electrical contractors regarding electrical sequence control circuits.

· Experience in meeting and coordinating with electrical contractors regarding necessary power supply to mechanical equipment. Familiar with MCC (Motor Control Center) panel details.

· Able to coordinate with people involved to ensure ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) are able to operate as per requirement.

· Able to discuss with ACMV team members and get necessary information to compile Electrical System & Automation System (BMS).

· To coordinate and discuss with supplier to prepare the manufacture drawings.

· To check the manufacture drawings whether they are compiled as discussed with the supplier.

· To check the manufacture drawings whether they are compiled with the contract specification and comments given by the client, contractor and owner.

· To attend meetings and discussion with client and main contractor.

· To be the point of contact for giving and receiving instructions, documents, etc. to and from client and customers.

· To cooperate with other departments and vendors and serve as a point of contact with them.

Job Requirements

· At least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 15 to 25 years of relevant working experience.

· Preferably with managerial experience managing a department before.

· Must be willing to work in Tuas area. Company transport from MRT station will be provided.

· Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Deputy Manager position.
