Job description

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing and optimizing sales systems, leading system deployments, driving process improvements, and supporting the integration of new ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.

ERP System Launch

  • Support the deployment of the new ERP system, ensuring proper configuration and testing to align with sales order processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal, and sales) to troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure smooth integration into daily operations.
  • Provide assistance and training to the team during the transition, ensuring effective adoption of the system’s features.

Project Management

  • Proactively manage and enhance existing systems and other sales enablement technologies, contributing to regional and global cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project completion across various workstreams.

Sales System Management

  • Oversee and optimize Distributor Management System (DMS) & Sales Force Automation (SFA) to streamline distributor processes, enhance order fulfillment, improve lead tracking, and strengthen customer interactions, boosting sales productivity.
  • Maintain data integrity, address system issues with vendors, and implement enhancements for DMS/SFA.
  • Lead change management initiatives and standardize processes across DMS, SFA, and other sales tools.

Contract Management System (CMS)

  • Manage the CMS, overseeing the contract lifecycle, including incentive calculations for outlets and the generation of credit notes for distributors.
  • Validate supporting documents for sales contracts, such as ACRA, Business Analysis Forms (BAF), and other required documentation.
  • Prepare, process, and track sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies in contract details or documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales capability, sales systems, or similar fields.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing colleagues at all levels.
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with ERP system functionalities and prior experience in system deployment is advantageous.
  • Highly resourceful, innovative, and open to challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and salesforce systems (e.g., Distributor Management System, Salesforce.com).
